We believe in fair and transparent dealings. This policy explains when you are eligible for a refund, what is non-refundable and how to request one. We encourage all clients to discuss requirements thoroughly before starting any project to avoid issues.
Our Commitment to You
Shiva Tech Innovations is committed to delivering high-quality services as agreed. We work closely with every client to ensure satisfaction. However, we understand that situations arise where a refund may be necessary.
Our goal is to resolve all refund requests fairly and promptly. We promise to review every request within 3 working days and communicate our decision clearly.
✅ Our Promise: If we have not delivered what was agreed and it is our fault, we will make it right — either by completing the work or issuing a fair refund. No runaround, no delays.
When You Are Eligible for a Refund
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:
- Work Not Started: If you cancel your order before we have commenced any work, you are eligible for a full refund of any advance payment made.
- Service Not Delivered: If we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to our own failure, incapacity or inability, a full refund will be issued.
- Significant Deviation: If the delivered work significantly deviates from the agreed scope and we are unable to rectify it within a reasonable timeframe (typically 14 days), a partial or full refund may be considered.
- Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged twice for the same service due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 5 working days.
- Service Outage: If our hosting or digital services experience prolonged downtime (more than 72 continuous hours) due to our negligence, a proportional credit or refund will be applied.
Non-Refundable Items
⚠️ The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. Please review carefully before making payment.
- Completed Work: Any service or deliverable that has been fully completed and delivered as agreed.
- Government Fees: Fees paid to government portals for MSME, GST, ISO or any other registration. These are non-refundable by government authorities.
- Domain Registration: Domain names once registered cannot be refunded as they are immediately reserved in your name.
- Hosting Fees: Hosting plans once activated are non-refundable as server resources are immediately allocated.
- Third-Party Costs: Payments made to third-party services (SSL certificates, plugins, stock photos, APIs) on your behalf are non-refundable.
- Client-Caused Delays: If project delays or failures are caused by the client's failure to provide content, approvals or cooperation, advance payments are non-refundable.
- Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided simply because you changed your mind after work has commenced.
- Partially Used Services: Monthly retainer or subscription services that have been partially used are non-refundable for the consumed period.

ℹ️ Partial Refund Calculation: For in-progress work, the refund amount is calculated based on the percentage of work not yet completed, minus any third-party costs already incurred.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelling Before Work Starts: You may cancel your order at any time before work commences and receive a full refund of advance payments. Please notify us by email or WhatsApp.
Cancelling During Project: If you cancel a project after work has started, you will be charged for the work completed up to the cancellation date. Any advance payment in excess of the completed work value will be refunded.
Cancelling Monthly Services: Monthly retainer services (digital marketing, AMC, hosting management) can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No refund is provided for the current billing period.
Cancellation by Shiva Tech Innovations: We reserve the right to cancel a project and issue a full refund if we determine we are unable to deliver the agreed scope for any reason within our control. We will notify you immediately if this situation arises.
⚠️ Cancellations must always be submitted in writing via email to support@shivatechinnovations.in. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:
Refund Process & Timeline
- Review Period: We will acknowledge your refund request within 24 hours and complete our review within 3 working days.
- Decision Communication: We will communicate our refund decision clearly, including the refund amount and reason if partially approved or declined.
- Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method — UPI, bank account or credit/debit card. We do not issue refunds in cash.
- Bank Processing: After we initiate the refund, your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–5 working days to credit the amount to your account.
- GST on Refunds: Refunds include applicable GST. A credit note will be issued for accounting purposes.
✅ Total Timeline: From request submission to money in your account — typically 10–15 working days for approved refunds.
Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, we encourage you to:
- Escalate Internally: Reply to our decision email requesting escalation to our senior management. We will review it within 5 working days.
- Mediation: If still unresolved, both parties agree to attempt resolution through a mutually agreed mediator before legal action.
- Consumer Forum: You may file a complaint with the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 of India.
